In the final quarter of 2023, our company convened a meeting involving the departments of Tooling, Stamping, Machining,PM,MIM,Research and Development, International Business, and Customer Service. The purpose of this meeting was to delineate the company's tasks and objectives for the end of the quarter, ensuring the smooth operation of production, product quality, and meeting customer requirements. Simultaneously, it aimed to provide robust support for our company's safety in production and customer satisfaction throughout 2023.
During the meeting, we emphasized several key points:
Division of Production Tasks: Each department must clarify its production tasks to ensure a fair distribution of responsibilities and efficient resource utilization. Close collaboration between the Tooling, Stamping, Machining, PM,MIM, and R&D departments is essential to guarantee product quality and timely deliveries.
