The Precision Turning 90°Connector is made of SS316L, surface treatment: Ra3.2,9.2g, with narrow tolerance of -0.001 to +0.002 inch. After precision machining, stainless steel parts are free of burrs and scratches.

The splined bush is made of stainless steel, which offers excellent corrosion resistance and durability, making it suitable for use in water pump applications.

The Double Outer-Knurled Threaded Insert Nut is a small-sized fastener, demanding high dimensional accuracy. We specialize in making precision turned products and small turned parts. Our technical engineers ensure precise control of its outer diameter, thread specifications, and height during the production process can be challenging.

There are 2 kinds of thread in our Microplus Non-return Valve Body. The female thread is 1/8 NPTF, the male thread is 1/8 BSPF.The female thread is to be formed to suit the G258-1/4/(tube) Polyprop Connector.

The end of the Brass Tee Barbed Fitting usually has barbed structures, which are inserted into hoses or pipes to enhance the connection's strength and prevent loosening under pressure or vibration.
