The stainless steel injector body is made by metal injection molding process. To save the cost and simplify the process, our engineer decides to make the parts by metal injection molding technology.

Material: SUS304 metal powder
Process: metal injection molding, sintering, machining
Surface Treatment: Level 6 smoothness, magnetic polishing, 5 minutes each for clockwise and counterclockwise rotation
The metal injection molding part has 2 kinds of thread: M12 and male 7/16-20 UNF threads. The torque test for the threads of the stainless steel injector body must achieve a minimum of 260N.
After finishing sintering in powder metal, we machine the metal injection molding component to get the requirement smoothless and thread specification.Threads of the stainless steel metal injection molding must conform to standard specifications for through holes and stops for blind holes.
The product made by metal injection molding still has one step to go: neutral salt spray test (NSS) for 24 hours. After finishing all of the steps, if the metal injetion molding and sintering products are free from damage, cracks, notches, scratches, deformation, unevenness at the mouth and bottom, and severe inclination, then we can make assemlby as following instruction:
