The quality department is key to our success, the quality engineers main objectives are:

Toolroom quality control

Hardness testing of steel during all appropriate stages of manufacture.

Electrode Inspection prior to EDM.

Inspection of incoming Standard components.

Core and cavity steel size inspection

All moving parts need to be pushed by finger to prove those moving parts can run flexibly.

Parts production inspection

All tool do dry cycle 500 shots to prove tool before packing
